Payment Providers

KreatorKlub uses third-party payment processors for transactions involving Fan payments and Creator payouts. By using our platform, you agree that we may transfer your data to these processors, who will act as separate data controllers.

Creators will either process payments through third-party providers or receive payments directly from us, depending on the chosen payment method.

How Long We Keep Your Data

1. Creator Content:

   You control your content and can delete it at any time. Content that includes personal data will be deleted when you delete it.

2. Other Personal Data:

   If you close your account, your personal data will be deleted after six months. Financial data must be retained for seven years to comply with legal requirements, including HMRC investigations.
